Returns & Refund Policy – Line Cambridge

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you must register and confirm your return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • With proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note: we do not provide return labels, shipping costs or customs clearance.

After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your parcel.

Items returned without prior return registration will not be accepted or processed.

Confirming the Return

After registering a return, you must confirm within the same 14-day period whether the item will actually be returned or whether you accept an alternative solution.

Failure to provide this confirmation will invalidate the return request.


Responsibility During Shipping

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance for the value of the item.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after our approval email, please contact us.


If the Order Has Already Been Shipped

Has your order already been shipped?
In that case, a refund can only be processed after we have received the returned item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged

  • you received a defective product

  • you received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item?
Please return the product following our return process and then place a new order.


EU – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The same conditions apply: unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Deadline for Receiving Returns

After approval of your return request, the parcel must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

If the return is received late, the right to a refund will expire.


Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you return an item, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
