Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@linecambridge.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you do not yet have a UK return address, I can help you generate a compliant policy without listing an address until the customer contacts support.


Return Confirmation Window

Once you contact us, you must confirm whether you will return the item (or accept any alternative arrangement) within the same 14-day window.
If you do not confirm within 14 days, your return request becomes invalid.


Customer Responsibility

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our facility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Delivery time may vary depending on the courier you choose.


Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note your bank or payment provider may require up to 10 working days to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval email, contact us at info@linecambridge.com.


EU & UK Cooling-Off Period (Legal Requirement)

If your order is delivered to the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

Your item must still be in the same condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@linecambridge.com if the item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or if you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest method is to return the item and, once the return is approved, purchase the desired item separately.


Returns Deadline

If your return is approved, you must send the package back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

For example:
If your order was delivered on June 18, the return must be received by July 17 to be eligible.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return an item, the original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
